Cut Shot Sports offers no warranty. Cut Shot Sports DOES NOT RETURN USED GEAR, APPAREL, or BATS NO EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for bats that are banned, forbidden, outlawed, or deemed illegal for play due to rule changes made by your sports governing body.  If you are unsure if a bat is legal for play, contact your league first before purchasing your bat.  

By using the custhotsports.com website, you agree to this policy.  This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy, and it supersedes any earlier version.  Our Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting Policy provision.  We may change our Policy by posting a new version on our website.

This website operates AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control.  This Policy is governed by Iowa law, excluding conflicts of law principles.  Any legal actions against us must be commenced in Iowa within one year after the claim arose or be barred.
